Energy Source Holdings is the Promoter of the Securitization Platform, which is owned by Energy Sources Securities (“ESS”). It is an investment-structuring firm operating at the intersection of physical energy and institutional capital. We originate, structure, insure, and administer programs across two markets — refined-fuel trading and green-energy infrastructure.
Energy Source Holdings acts as Promoter of the Securitization Platform through which each program is issued and administered. The Platform is owned by Energy Sources Securities (“ESS”). Energy Source Holdings originates and structures the underlying transactions and administers each program; ESS owns the Platform through which the securities are issued. Investors should refer to the confidential offering materials for the definitive description of each entity’s role, the issuing vehicle for their program, and the related conflicts and risk factors.
Every program we structure shares a single principle: investor capital is secured against real assets and contracted cash flows, never exposed to open speculation. We open markets normally reserved for large desks and development financiers to accredited, qualified investors — with the structure, vetting, and reporting they expect.
Every program is anchored to tangible assets and contracted, pre-negotiated cash flows — physical fuel under matched contracts, or grid-scale solar under long-term PPAs.
Bank instruments, letters of credit, retained title, and optional insurance are layered so investor capital sits behind collateral and guarantees. Where capital is applied operationally within a transaction, it is applied under a letter of credit issued against the instrument.
Programs are built around transparent monthly reporting and disciplined risk controls, with full disclosure provided through definitive offering documentation.
